Project Manager: Excellent Communication Skills Knowledge of Project Management Techniques (PMBOK) Must have knowledge of RAN Network Signaling protocol (Iub, Iucs, RANAP, RNSAP and Iur) Moderate knowledge of Core Network SS7 signaling protocol (MAP,ISUP, GCP,RANAP) Good knowledge of Site integration and Trouble shooting of problems. Preparation of contingency plans for special occasions, and emergency situations. Working with performance group for enhancing the network performance as Changing Radio Parameters. Coordinate with O&M staff and Other O&M Groups in the district for the resolution of any Access related problems. Will be responsible for managing change orders and D&N orders in coordination with disconnects of T1's and trunks. Candidates must be organized and able to establish database spreadsheets for projects, as well as, keep accurate records of turn-ups and interfacing with operations for special orders. Will also be responsible for communication with cellular technicians for delivery of T1's. Candidates must be familiar with and successful with escalation and expedite procedures with various LEC's and be able to escalate with vendors to obtain facilities on time. Must have experience working with Granite, XNG or Xpercom database.
