Your Role:
• Maintain networks (WAN, LAN, WiFi and VPN).
• Maintain IT system(s) integrity.
• Monitor daily systems operation (including reliable systems backups).
• Maintain phone systems.
• Improve system performance.
• Manage users and permissions including onboarding and offboarding.
• Make system documentation available.
• Setup and deployment of Hardware Tech Package for new Franchisees.
• Provide franchisee hardware support.
• Expected to offer support to IT teams and end-users for the following desktop applications and operating systems currently in place:
o Windows OS 10 to current
o Adobe applications
o VPN Client
o RDS connections
o Network Printers
o Ring Central
o Office 365 email and applications
o On Base
o NLS
• Responsible for first level server and network infrastructure support. Technologies include:
o Windows Server 2003 to current
o SQL Server 2000 to current
o RDS
o Cisco switches, routers and WiFi systems
• Responsible for on-call and remote site support (may include some travel).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for:
• High School Diploma / GED.
• Minimum of 1 year experience performing similar duties as described above.
• Knowledge of information security for end-user, data and network infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience with hardware and software configuration for desktop, server and network infrastructure.
