Desktop Support Technician
Location: Onsite – Indianapolis, IN
Pay: Up to $32/hr

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for a Desktop Support Technician to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for supporting day-to-day technology needs including troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining AV systems, and providing excellent customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide onsite IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network related issues
- Set up and troubleshoot AV equipment as needed
- Manage helpdesk tickets
- Maintain and support desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware
- Assist with user account management in Active Directory
- Create and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting issues within a Microsoft/Windows environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting AV systems
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- A+ or similar IT certification
- Experience troubleshooting RingCentral, Barracuda, VMWare, or network related issues
- Familiarity with remote desktop support tools
TERMS:
This is a contract opportunity with a wage up to $32/hr based on experience. Benefits will be offered by Pinnacle while on contract.
