Desktop Support Technician

Location: Onsite – Indianapolis, IN      

Pay: Up to $32/hr

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for a Desktop Support Technician to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for supporting day-to-day technology needs including troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining AV systems, and providing excellent customer service.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide onsite IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network related issues
  • Set up and troubleshoot AV equipment as needed
  • Manage helpdesk tickets
  • Maintain and support desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware
  • Assist with user account management in Active Directory
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting issues within a Microsoft/Windows environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting AV systems

 

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • A+ or similar IT certification
  • Experience troubleshooting RingCentral, Barracuda, VMWare, or network related issues
  • Familiarity with remote desktop support tools

 

TERMS:

This is a contract opportunity with a wage up to $32/hr based on experience. Benefits will be offered by Pinnacle while on contract.
