Responsibilities for the ERP Helpdesk Technician 

  •  Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware or to improve its performance.
  •  Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
  •  Confer with management, sales team, and software company members to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
  • Store, retrieve and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.
  •  Provide employees with technical support for computer problems, as needed.
  • Assign and review the work of systems and on computer-related plans as related to sales team software and ERP systems.
  • Meet with management, vendors, and others to solicit cooperation and resolve technology related problems.
  • Stay abreast of technology advances, changes with special attention to Epicor ERP systems.
  • Be willing and able to work with Salesforce and other company software platforms.
  • All other duties as assigned by supervision

  • Requirements for the ERP Systems Administrator:
  • Knowledge of Epicor P21 Systems with special regards to the company design and platform highly preferred.  
  • Bachelors Degree in IT or technically related field is a plus, but not required.  
  • Experience managing software, hardware systems highly preferred.
  • At least two years related experience in company information technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into easily understood language.
  •  Ability to use software suites, presentation software, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools.
  •  Attention to details, organizational aptitude, and superior interaction skills necessary.
