Field Service Engineer

• Provide technical, application, and troubleshooting support to the field.
• Conduct technical training internal & external.
• Support trade show.
• Communication with factory to get problem solved.
• Define and execute the demo plan.
• Write and present test reports to both internal and external customers with clear, concise data.

Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.
