Description

NRVCS has an opening in our IT Department, and we are looking for a Help Desk Technician I! We rely on our IT Team to ensure we have the tools necessary to perform our jobs, and help our community. This full-time position is responsible for providing telephone, email and walk-in support to agency employees in the use of agency technology. Starting Salary: $38,815-Depending on Experience

 

Education/Experience Required:

  • At least two years of relevant experience OR a combination of experience, education/training in lieu of degree.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Network Administration or other enterprise level of support.
  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Science is preferred.
