Description

Centex Technologies is seeking an experienced Intermediate Oracle EBS System Administrator/DBA to support and manage Oracle EBS Application infrastructure. This role involves working closely with system administrators, Oracle AppsDBAs, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal performance and reliability of Oracle EBS environments.


Clearance Required: Active Secret (Top Secret eligibility required)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and troubleshoot Oracle EBS applications and databases.
  • Perform user provisioning, role assignments, and configuration promotion.
  • Resolve issues with concurrent managers, workflows, and AD utilities.
  • Execute Datafix migrations and package deployments.
  • Collaborate with users and partners to debug interfaces and SOA transactions.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Oracle EBS across multiple environments.
  • Apply patches and upgrades, ensuring security compliance.
  • Coordinate with Oracle support to resolve SRs and stakeholder issues.
  • Monitor and maintain Apache, EBS managed servers, and OAEA servers.
  • Clone Oracle EBS 12.2 using RMAN and AD utilities.
  • Support business process documentation, scripting, and testing.
  • Tune queries and address performance issues.
  • Provide infrastructure design and troubleshooting support.

Requirements
  •  Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.
  • Security+ CE or higher CompTIA certification.
  • 7+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years in Oracle EBS 12.2 administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle database and EBS 12.2 architecture.
  • Experience in multi-node Oracle application environments.
  • Proficiency in ADOP patching (PSU/CPU/Rollup).
  • Familiarity with RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and Fusion Middleware (WebLogic, SOA, OSB, OIAM, OEM).
  • Experience with SOA composites and Web Services integration.
  • Expertise in performance diagnostics and tuning.
  • Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Jenkins, FlexDeploy, Ansible).
  • Knowledge of disaster recovery planning.
  • Strong Linux/UNIX skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication abilities.
