IT EXECUTIVE
(This company is a manufacturer of direct dyes which is used for different types of leather, textile and industrial applications.)
Position :- IT EXECUTIVE
Location :-TALOJA, Mumbai
Experience :- Min 2 Years of experience in handling IT activities i.e. both hardware and software related issues.
Age Criteria: - Above 26 years
Salary :- Rs.22k to 25k (depends on performance at the time of an interview)
Education :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite and remote support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Participate in incident management and problem management processes.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Strong understanding of hardware support and desktop support principles.
- Familiarity with IT support tools and technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
