What You’ll Do:

🔹 Be the first point of contact for clients needing technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system
🔹 Diagnose and resolve basic IT issues remotely or escalate as needed
🔹 Walk clients through troubleshooting steps with patience and clarity
🔹 Set up and manage user accounts, hardware, and software for onboarding and offboarding
🔹 Document issues, solutions, and client interactions to improve support processes
🔹 Provide helpful guidance on IT products and services
🔹 Gather client feedback to help enhance our tech support experience

What You Bring to the Table:

✔ Experience in a help desk or customer support role
✔ Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products
