We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Systems Administrator supporting Microsoft and Dynamics D365 F&O environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in administering, configuring, and supporting our IT infrastructure while ensuring optimal performance of our D365 environment. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to support our organization's digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure management.
• Proven experience with Windows Server and virtualization.
• Operating Systems: Windows Server.
 • Networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, firewalls
 • Security: Patch management, antivirus, and SIEM tools
 • Automation: PowerShell.
 • Cloud Platforms: Azure environment. 
 • Backup & Recovery: Datto, Data recovery, or equivalent tools
Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
 • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
 • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
 • Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Preferred Certifications:
• CompTIA Security+, Network+, or Server+
 • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
 • AWS Certified Sys Ops Administrator
 Work Environment
• on-site position with some flexibility.
 • May require on-call availability for critical incidents or maintenance windows.
