Systems Administrator Positions
Summary:
Yonex USA specializes in producing technologically advanced sports equipment to enable players, both amateur and professional, to play tennis, badminton, golf, snowboard, and pickleball at a higher level. The IT System Administrator provides technical support and maintenance for the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to the organization's networks and systems.
- Apply technical knowledge to diagnose and solve problems.
- Partner with internal teams to identify, research, and address IT-related issues.
- Coordinate with systems and network administrators to explain issues and recommend system improvements.
- Arrange vendor support for defective software or hardware.
- Set up new hire equipment (laptops/desktops) and assign necessary licenses.
- Support technology requirements for distribution and supply chain operations.
- Manage procurement of IT hardware and software.
- Stay informed on current technology trends and innovations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service capabilities.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of computer/network hardware and software.
- Effective time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to quickly learn various networking and systems technologies.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
- ERP experience required (SAP) ; sx.e preferred.
- Preferred: Experience with system integration.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a computer workstation.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
$26 - $38 an hour
