Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Network Administrator to join our IT team. This role is responsible for providing first-level, on-site and remote support for servers, networks and systems issues, addressing Help Desk tickets, and ensuring the smooth operation of McCormick Taylor’s network. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT support, excellent troubleshooting skills, an attention to detail, and a commitment to following established processes and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve Help Desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide daily support and maintenance for servers, systems, and connected devices.
  • Administer end-user accounts, including onboarding, offboarding, and access management.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation, including procedures, configurations, and support guides.
  • Monitor system performance and assist in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects and escalated issues.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.

Additional duties may include:

  • Testing new technologies.
  • Create, plan and carry out end user webinar-based training sessions on various IT related topics.


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience with AHV, Dizzion VDI, Fortinet, Microsoft Autopilot, Microsoft Intune, Nutanix, VMWare.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell is a plus.
