What You'll Do

  • Work completely on-site in York, Nebraska

  • Safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical information systems.

  • Lead and manage projects related to servers, networks, and infrastructure upgrades.

  • Provide expert hardware/software support for PCs, peripherals, network devices, and telecommunication systems.

  • Collaborate with IS staff, vendors, and internal departments to ensure efficient network/server operations.

  • Resolve support tickets and complete assigned projects promptly to meet departmental performance goals.

 

What You'll Bring

  • Proficiency in TCP/IP, Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Server, and SQL.

  • Strong command-line experience and a solid understanding of PC hardware/software.

  • Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • An Associate’s degree in PC hardware, network management, or related field – or equivalent certifications/experience.
