Zone IT SolutionsWe are hiring a ServiceNow System Administrator for a Long term federal project based in California. You will joining our Global IT Service provider for an exciting new project.
Requirements
- ServiceNow certified administrator
- · ServiceNow ITSM modules Configuration and Development skills.
- · Mandatory Experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- · Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and tables structure
- · Experience in creating reports and Dashboards in ServiceNow modules
- · Experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) features will be a strong plus
- · Ability to consultatively engage with our customers and provide guidance
- · Strong documentation and presentation skills
- · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
