Micro1 is hiring a Software Engineer, Financial Platform (1 opening), remote full-time, base salary $140,000–$160,000 USD (equity eligibility, possible performance bonuses, health-premium reimbursement, PTO and 401(k) match per company policy), to design and build next-generation fintech systems.

You will write and ship production code daily across fullstack apps in Node.js, React.js, Next.js and PostgreSQL; build scalable backend services and REST APIs on AWS; debug React render issues and tune Postgres queries; turn product requirements into shipped features; and keep financial systems reliable, secure and consistent through CI/CD and code review.

Requirements: 5+ years of professional development with hands-on frontend and backend coding in the last 12 months; strong recent Node.js; advanced React and Next.js (hooks, state management, App Router, SSR/ISR); PostgreSQL schema design and query optimization; AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch); production REST API design; Git and CI/CD.
