Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 (commensurate with experience)

What does this job look like daily?
- Installation & Configuration – Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise software applications to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintenance & Upgrades – Apply security patches, perform system updates, and proactively manage version control to keep platforms secure and current.
- User Management – Create and administer user accounts, define access rights, and enforce permission policies to safeguard system integrity.
- Troubleshooting & Support – Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while delivering responsive support to end-users and customers.
- System Monitoring – Continuously track performance metrics, review system logs, and implement corrective actions to maintain reliability and efficiency.
- New Implementations – Partner with department leaders to plan, configure, and integrate new software solutions that align with business objectives.
What do you need to do this job?
- Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise applications (ERP, CRM).
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM tools.
- Experience with transportation or warehouse software is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proven track record in system integration, process automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

About the Role
This role is office-based, with regular working hours that may include earlier or later meetings to accommodate different schedules. The salary grade for this position ranges from $85,764.30 - $125,113.70 annually. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications, the targeted pay range for this role is $95,000.00 - $115,000.00.
