Predominantly operates in an office environment though significant periods of time will be spent in computer room and communications equipment spaces for installation, testing, and troubleshooting.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience. Experience: At least 3 years of experience supporting a large-scale development and/or production environment. Experience with cable standards, current network technologies, network topology and design principles. Experience with Cisco firewalls. Experience with Cisco and Dell network switches. Experience with network diagramming tools such as Visio or Draw.io. Experience with VMWare, Hyper-V, or VirtualBox. Experience with configuration and management of NAT , Access Rules, VLANs, IPSec tunnels, remote access VPN , DNS , and DHCP . Strong communication skills
