About the Role

We are seeking a Systems Administrator / DevOps professional who will also play a major role in supporting and developing our Odoo ERP platform. This is a hybrid position combining Microsoft 365 administration, security, and DevOps with ERP/Odoo system work and IoT tool development.

You will manage our M365 environment (Exchange, Entra ID, Teams, Security & Compliance), oversee core IT systems, and from Day 1 you will begin working within Odoo — gaining training and support to become deeply involved in ERP administration and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administration
• Administer Exchange Online, M365 Admin, Entra ID, Intune, Teams, Security & Compliance centers.
• Manage user accounts, groups, licenses, and security policies.
• Automate M365 tasks with PowerShell scripting.
• System Administration & DevOps
• Maintain Linux servers, backups, and monitoring tools.
• Apply updates, manage CI/CD pipelines, and enforce security standards.
• Support automation across IT and ERP systems.
• ERP/Odoo Administration & Development
• Support daily Odoo ERP operations and workflows.
• Assist in ERP module customization (Python, XML, JS, HTML).
• Train into Odoo development under guidance from Day 1.
• Build integrations between Odoo and IoT devices, APIs, or third-party apps.
• IoT Development & Integration
• Assist in developing IoT tools for automation, monitoring, and real-time reporting.
• Integrate IoT systems into ERP workflows.
• Collaborate with operations teams on IoT testing and deployment.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years in systems administration, DevOps, or IT infrastructure.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Entra ID, Teams, Security & Compliance).
• Comfortable with Windows & Linux environments (Ubuntu/Debian).
• Good understanding of VMs overall cloud infrastructure AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, Digital Ocean
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (or eagerness to learn from Day 1)

• Experience with Odoo ERP (Python, XML, JS, HTML).
• ERP/CRM customization and workflow automation.
• IoT protocols (MQTT, REST APIs, Modbus, OPC-UA).
• Docker/Kubernetes or containerized environments.
• Scripting/automation with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
