Key Responsibilities
Deliver remote and on-site technical support to clients with professionalism and urgency
Proactively monitor and maintain client systems to prevent downtime and improve performance
Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and deliver tailored solutions
Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server environments and Windows 10 workstations
Administer Office 365 environments including user management and email configurations
Configure and support network protocols such as TCP/IP and ensure secure connectivity
Utilize RMM tools (e.g., ConnectWise) for system monitoring and management
Assist in cloud infrastructure support including Azure and AWS environments
Document technical procedures and client interactions in ticketing systems
Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior staff and delegating tasks effectively
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
In-depth knowledge of networking and system administration
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team
Reliable commute to White Plains, NY or willingness to relocate
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
Familiarity with RMM tools such as ConnectWise
Cloud experience with platforms like Azure or AWS
College degree in IT or related field and relevant certifications
