A responsible Technically Compatible Manager with an experience of not less then 12 Years, must have worked on Government Projects.

Job Profile

The ideal candidate should have experience in various aspects of project management with a strong focus on technical expertise, team leadership, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet customer expectations.
1. Project Planning and Management
o Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop project plans and timelines. Allocate resources and manage project budget.
2. Stakeholder Management:
o Coordinate with stakeholders to establish a comprehensive project schedule and implementation plan.
o Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to finalize a project charter detailing scope, objectives, deliverables, resource needs, budget, and timeline.
3. Project Documentation and Change Request management
o Develop and oversee project documentation, ensuring approval through change request processes.
4. Team Leadership:
o Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
o Motivate project team members and facilitate effective communication.
o Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams.
5. Monitor and Control
o Monitor project milestones, providing regular updates and status reports to MPSEDC.
o Prepare regular status reports and presentations for management.
6. Quality Assurance:
o Ensure that all projects are delivered with high quality standards.
o Perform quality assurance checks and ensure adherence to project specifications.
