Description

What will I be doing?

We are seeking a Business Analyst to lead a major transformation of our finance systems landscape, leading the migration from legacy Oracle applications to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and Power Platform. From requirements gathering and system design to testing and vendor oversight, you’ll be key to ensuring that solutions are aligned to business goals and global compliance requirements.

This is a key role bridging finance, technology, and delivery teams. You’ll lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements, assess current-state processes, support solution design, and ensure successful delivery aligned to business needs and compliance goals.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-visibility transformation initiative. You’ll work with a cross-functional leadership team, influence system and service design, and leave a legacy that supports scale, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements across finance and procurement functions
  • Map current-state business processes and define future-state workflows in line with best practice ERP design
  • Work with solution architects, delivery partners, and vendors to ensure business needs are reflected in system design and configuration
  • Support the review and assessment of legacy Oracle-based tools (e.g. item master, onboarding workflows), and contribute to defining migration paths
  • Define data and reporting requirements, including the financial data flows into platforms like Snowflake
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit detailed process, compliance, and operational requirements
  • Prepare and maintain key project artefacts including user stories, process maps, business rules, test cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Assist in writing Statements of Work and reviewing vendor deliverables against requirements
  • Contribute to change impact assessments and user readiness planning

Skills And Experiences

We’re looking for someone who:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale ERP or finance systems transformations
  • Strong understanding of core finance and accounting processes (AP, AR, GL, Banking)
  • Experience working on implementations of ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Netsuite, Workday, or D365 F&O (D365 F&O highly regarded but not required)
  • Proven ability to document requirements, processes, and test cases in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate workshops with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience contributing to data migration, testing, and change management planning
  • Knowledge of finance compliance requirements and internal controls is a plus
  • CPA qualification or background in accounting/finance advantageous
  • Delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
  • Self-starter attitude with high attention to detail and a commitment to quality outcomes.

Why work with us?

  • We have a high performing team working for purpose – positively impacting communities and the environment.
  • This is your chance to grow alongside a business redefining its industry.
  • We work flexibly at CES with a hybrid office model (2 office days a week).
