Business System Administrator

This position is responsible for the technical support, maintenance, and optimization of our core business applications. This role involves leading application-centered projects, providing primary IT support for cross-departmental software implementations, and ensuring the security, efficient configuration, and seamless integration of these systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes, application architecture, project management principles, and a passion for enabling our staff to use technology effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Experience in utilizing AI solutions for business process optimization and automation is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in implementing or working closely with financial software solutions such as ERP systems is highly desirable
• Proven experience in supporting and managing business applications
• Experience with applications such as Freshservice, 8x8, Vonage, Sage, GP, Paycom, PolicyStat, Incident Tracker, and Office 365 is highly desirable
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs
• Experience with API integrations, data migration, and custom configurations is highly desirable
• General knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, and firewalls, is a plus
• Relevant certifications in project management, application support, or training are a plus
• Possession of a valid driver’s license, and access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performance
