The Company is seeking a Cloud Systems Admin who will serve as the primary point of contact for administration and technical projects, as well as hardware management and user support. This position will administrate the company’s cloud systems, offer system troubleshooting support, and drive the maturation of the company’s IT posture. The Admin will report to the COO and be a key strategic partner, thought leader, and ambassador of company culture and excellence.

Working knowledge of Google Workspace, CRMs (Zoho a plus), ticketing systems, inventory systems, etc.
Mental agility and the ability to think outside the box
CompTIA or other certifications a plus
A background in customer-centric technology enabled service industries with a strong understanding of field services
