Experience:- Two years’ experience with Help Desk or IT-related background
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Windows 11 OS, Dell hardware service, and HP printer repair
- Dell and HP hardware repair services.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS
- Outstanding customer service, good communication skills, and ability to work within a team environment
