Dive into the electrifying world of Monster Energy, where you'll keep our enterprise workstation systems roaring with peak performance! You're the second-level hero, swooping in to support our analyst team and conquer any challenges that come your way. Get ready to tackle daily issues with the fierce passion and energy that defines Monster! 

The impact you'll make:

• Responsible for installation and maintenance of desktop and laptop systems, including operating systems, application installations, upgrades, and repairs.
• Ensure safety and privacy of business networks and data.
• Responsible for detailed tracking of assets.
• Documentation of all Add, Move, and Change processes.
• Log all desktop support specialist interactions.
• Redirect problems to appropriate resources.
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.

Who you are:

• Prefer an Associate's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications or related field Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in supporting end users in a corporate environment
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in supporting a Microsoft end user systems (Windows7, Windows XP)
• Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Preferred Certifications: A+ Certificate
• Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Experience with Windows operating systems and hardware troubleshooting in a corporate network environment

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated hourly rate of $24.00 - $32.00 per hour.  The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
