We are seeking
a talented Desktop Support Specialist to join our Seattle, WA based client.
This is a
full-time, direct hire position.
JOB SUMMARY:
As part of the
24/7 data center, provide support in all aspects of operating, monitoring and managing
our IT systems and equipment
Review incoming
requests / tickets specific to hardware, software and network issues and
resolve via phone, email, chat or Instant message and provide a timely
resolution
Provide status
updates to end-users
Escalate issues
when required to ensure customer satisfaction
Support other
team members as needed
REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school
degree or equivalent
3+ years of desktop
support experience supporting end-users with hardware, software and network
issues
Understanding of
networking technologies and common software applications
Strong
technical aptitude
Knowledge of
Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
