As a Desktop Support Technician at Family HealthCare, your day-to-day responsibilities will center around providing exceptional technical support to our staff. You will respond to help desk tickets promptly, troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensure seamless operations. Regular tasks will include installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop systems, applications, and peripherals, while documenting procedures and solutions for future reference. You will actively engage with users to understand their needs, addressing any technical challenges with empathy and efficiency.
