Requirements:
- Candidates should have 3-6 years’ experience supporting PC Hardware and software.
- IN-Person – no remote option
- TOP 2 required skills: Deskside Support role doing hardware repair, troubleshooting of hardware and software images, IMAC tasks, and Customer Service
- Years of experience: 3-6 years, minimum of 3
- Certifications or education: A + is nice to have
- What radius range should candidates be located to 12345: 30 minute commute max
- Candidate review and interviews start: As soon as candidates submitted, I will schedule. We do 2 rounds – round 1 – phone screen, round 2 – video conference with the site
- Comfortability providing hands & feet support for Server and Network is a plus.
- Experience supporting mobile data plans, mobile networks, and devices is a plus.
Scope:
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
- Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
- Network connection issues, track network connections back to network switches.
- Escalates problems and issues to a higher level of support if unable to resolve.
- Represents CompuCom in a professional and businesslike manner and communicates effectively with customers and associates.
- Interacts with customers, responding to routine technical questions or requests for information.
