This is a remote position.
We are seeking a passionate and product-minded Full Stack Developer to help build and scale a platform empowering independent farmers through technology. This role will contribute to impactful solutions that improve food systems and sustainability at scale.
Responsibilities:
Develop performant, scalable, and reliable APIs to power the SvelteKit-based web application.
Build new user-facing features using Svelte and JavaScript.
Create reusable components and make key technical decisions that allow the team to move quickly and efficiently.
Solve complex operational problems by developing clean, maintainable software solutions.
Debug and resolve issues quickly, even under pressure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and guide product roadmap and engineering strategy.
Work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on execution, quality, and impact.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with JavaScript and Node.js.
- Familiarity with Svelte, SvelteKit, and experience with AI, ML, and Stripe is a plus.
- Strong skills in modeling features using relational and non-relational databases.
- Proven ability to ship production-ready applications at scale.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in startups or high-pressure environments is a plus.
- Passionate about web standards, accessibility, and clean design.
- Experience with B2B vertical SaaS or SMB customers is advantageous.
