This is a remote position.
We are looking for an OutSystems Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of an online gaming and betting platform. This person will have a key role in defining architecture best practices, ensuring performance, security, maintainability and integrations with gen AI and ML models. Work can be done remotely, with daily collaboration in English.
Responsibilities:
- Project scalable and secure OutSystems architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Define integration strategy, including Gen AI and ML models.
- Guide developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, clean architecture principles, and performance optimization strategies.
- Oversee the development, integrations, and reusable components.
- Ensure security standards, data protection, and compliance.
- Continuously improve application efficiency, scalability, and maintainability, addressing performance bottlenecks.
- Enforce code quality, conduct design and code reviews, and establish best practices across development teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with OutSystems development, with some experience in an architecture or lead developer role.
- Experience with generative AI and Machine Learning.
- Strong knowledge of OutSystems architecture, including best practices for scalability, security, and integrations.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs, working with SQL databases, and integrating with third-party systems.
- Experience working in Agile teams, with knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with cloud deployments.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven solutions.
- OutSystems certifications are highly desirable.
