C3EL is seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team at Randolph Air Force Base, TX. In this role, you’ll provide Tier I/II support alongside our Lead Specialist, helping to resolve technical issues across AFPC desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and A/V equipment. You’ll be on the front lines responding to customer requests, troubleshooting problems, and keeping systems mission-ready. With your solid technical skills and customer-focused mindset, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations for the Air Force Personnel Center.
