Position: IT Helpdesk / Network Support

We are currently seeking an IT Helpdesk / Network Support professional to join our team and help us continue to grow and excel in the industry.

Position Overview:

Please note: This is a remote position open to candidates currently residing in the United States. We are unable to consider applications from outside the U.S. at this time.

As an IT Helpdesk / Network Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees and clients. You will also play a critical role in maintaining and improving our network infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 40-hour work week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-line technical support to employees and clients, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

- Monitor and maintain network systems, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls

- Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures to protect our network and data

- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues

- Manage user accounts and permissions on our network

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including updates and patches

- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement new technology solutions

- Document and maintain IT processes and procedures

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our network and systems are utilizing the latest technology and best practices


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches

- Experience with network security protocols and procedures

- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and other IT systems

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Package Details

Pay Rate: $50-69 per hour, depending on your experience. 

Training Pay: $30 per hour (1-week paid training)

Training Bonus: $500 incentive upon completion

Work Schedule: Flexible — Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)

Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
