Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship required
Clearance: Must be able to pass enhanced background screening for Public Trust clearance
About the Role
Are you a seasoned network professional with a passion for building and securing enterprise infrastructure? This is a high-impact opportunity to lead and support mission-critical network operations in a dynamic e-commerce environment. What You'll Do
- Administer, configure, install, and upgrade network components including:
- F5 LTM load balancers
- Checkpoint and Juniper firewalls
- Cisco IOS routers and Nexus OS switches
- Troubleshoot network traffic flows and resolve incidents to ensure business continuity
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures
- Participate in shift rotations, weekend work, and on-call support
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with network policies and standards
- Manage change requests and maintain documentation in line with ITIL practices
- Collaborate with remote and matrixed teams on time-sensitive projects
- Contribute to scripting and automation using Perl, Python, or Bash
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 10+ years of equivalent experience
- Advanced knowledge of networking protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VLAN, TCP/IP
- Strong experience in network maintenance, incident response, and change management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional attitude and commitment to high-quality work
