Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

About the Role

Are you a seasoned network professional with a passion for building and securing enterprise infrastructure? This is a high-impact opportunity to lead and support mission-critical network operations in a dynamic e-commerce environment. What You'll Do

  • Administer, configure, install, and upgrade network components including:
    • F5 LTM load balancers
    • Checkpoint and Juniper firewalls
    • Cisco IOS routers and Nexus OS switches
  • Troubleshoot network traffic flows and resolve incidents to ensure business continuity 
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures 
  • Participate in shift rotations, weekend work, and on-call support 
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with network policies and standards 
  • Manage change requests and maintain documentation in line with ITIL practices 
  • Collaborate with remote and matrixed teams on time-sensitive projects 
  • Contribute to scripting and automation using Perl, Python, or Bash

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 10+ years of equivalent experience 
  • Advanced knowledge of networking protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VLAN, TCP/IP 
  • Strong experience in network maintenance, incident response, and change management 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment 
  • Professional attitude and commitment to high-quality work
