Help design, implement, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure solutions to support business growth and innovation
Automate routine system administration tasks (such as patch management, user provisioning, and backups) using scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and modern automation tools
Help implement initiatives to strengthen cybersecurity posture, including configuring firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and managing endpoint security
Maintain high-availability and disaster recovery solutions for mission-critical systems, ensuring business continuity
Monitor and analyze system performance, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks to maximize uptime and efficiency
Manage and optimize virtualized environments (Hyper-V, AWS Nitro)
Manage and improve end-to-end lifecycle of server and network infrastructure, including planning, deployment, upgrades, and decommissioning
Use Bomgar and ScreenConnect to triage and resolve server, network, and desktop issues as reported by doctors and employees
Research, test, and implement emerging technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of IT innovation
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (IT Glue), internal wikis, and knowledge bases to support IT operations and cross-team learning
Manage identity management solutions, including single sign-on and MFA deployments.
Lead or participate in incident response and root cause analysis for critical outages or security events, driving long-term improvements
Support and enhance remote work capabilities, including VPN, remote desktop, and secure access solutions
- Technical degree or background preferred
- Entry-level college graduate or 2 years of technical experience
- Exposure to scripting or programming languages
- Dental experience a plus
