As our Marketing and IT Administrator, you’ll wear two very cool hats: tech support whiz and digital marketing systems guru. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our bakery tech running smoothly, maintaining our digital touchpoints, and making sure our websites and platforms reflect everything that makes Sprinkles special. What you will be taking care of
- Provide Level 1 technical support for our HQ and bakeries, solving issues with a smile
- Manage user accounts, group permissions, and security policies to keep our systems secure and organized
- Support laptops, iPads, and antivirus tools so the tech behind our cupcakes stays sweet
- Maintain and update online ordering and kiosk platforms—adjust hours, create coupons, and manage item availability
- Keep our Shopify site current with promotions, launches, and upsell opportunities
- Help our website shine by implementing SEO best practices and keeping content fresh and optimized
- Ensure business listings like Google and Yelp are always accurate and up-to-date
- Troubleshoot website issues and manage backend integrations to support digital marketing
- Collaborate on monthly marketing manuals and ensure the details are spot on
- Be the translator between IT and Marketing—making sure systems, tools, and third-party platforms play nicely together
- Manage menu updates with white glove vendors
- Become the go-to expert for the tech systems we rely on every day
- Help with other duties, as needed.

What you are all about
- You have a positive, helpful attitude that turns tech stress into tech success
- You’re great with people—whether they’re marketing pros or bakery team members
- You have 2-3 years of experience in technical support, ideally with both remote and in-person environments
- Experience with restaurant operations, POS systems, Shopify, or delivery platforms? Even better
- You’re analytical and can prioritize like a pro—even when juggling competing needs
- You’re familiar with both Mac and Windows environments, and you know your way around Office 365 or Google Suite
- Networking and wireless infrastructure? No problem
- You’re available for on-call rotation (including nights, weekends, and holidays)—because sometimes cupcakes don’t wait
- You’re open to light travel to our bakery locations (about 10% or less)
- You can lift up to 40 pounds—whether it’s tech gear or a very full box of cupcakes
