Job Summary
The Network Administrator is responsible for the overall management and maintenance of our enterprise network infrastructure, which includes both local and remote networks across City Brewery’s facilities. Under the direction of the IT Network Manager, this position will join our Network and System Administration team and be responsible for network monitoring, security, configuration, troubleshooting and capacity planning.
The Network Administrator will play a key role supporting City Brewery’s Digital Transformation plans by ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of the company’s network infrastructure. To accommodate the increasing demands of the digital transformation the Network Administrator is responsible for planning, designing, and implementing a network that can scale efficiently. This includes expanding network capacity, adding new devices, and supporting increased traffic. Working closely with our security team, you will also be tasked with implementing best practice security measures to support the increasing need for integration of IoT devices, cloud services and remote access to support growing business needs. The Network Administrator must also proactively monitor the network to detect and address issues ensuring minimal downtime and high availability in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
