What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designs, implements, and maintains LAN/WAN infrastructure using Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Administers and optimizes SD-WAN solutions to ensure efficient and secure branch connectivity.
• Monitors network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure high availability.
• Maintains network documentation including diagrams, configurations, and change logs.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce network security policies and respond to threats.
• Manages VPNs, VLANs, QoS, and other advanced network configurations.
• Performs firmware and software upgrades, patch management, and lifecycle management for network hardware and software
• Assists leadership in developing budget items as it relates to any network supported infrastructure (hardware, software, or similar)
• Supports disaster recovery and business continuity planning related to network infrastructure.
• Provides technical support and guidance for the helpdesk and other IT staff.
• Communicates and work with ISP’s and other vendors as needed.
• Stays current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance network performance and security
• *Hybrid Position based out of Menomonie, WI and will require some onsite work. Must reside in either Wisconsin or Minnesota*

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4 years of experience in network administration, preferably in a financial or regulated environment.
• The Network Administrator will have hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment and SD-WAN technologies, and a strong understanding of network security and compliance in a financial environment.
• Strong proficiency with Cisco networking equipment (CCNA or higher certification preferred).
