Your Impact

  • Maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity

  • Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams on scripting and automation initiatives

  • Document configurations, changes, and incidents to support compliance and auditability

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in system or network administration (Windows-focused)

  • Strong proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting

  • Experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V or VMware ESXi)

  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)

  • Knowledge of security best practices for patching, hardening, and endpoint management

  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

  • Experience with Cisco routing, switching, and firewall administration

  • Familiarity with Slack automation or event-driven notification systems

  • Spanish fluency (preferred but not required)
