We’re looking for a Network Administrator to help us manage the servers, desktops, and networks that power our growing business and keep our teams connected.
Modern Infrastructure: Work with Windows Server, virtualization platforms, and Cisco networking technologies to support mission-critical operations.
Hands-On Impact: From troubleshooting desktops to optimizing servers and networks, your work keeps our teams and resorts running.
Security & Reliability: Be a guardian of our systems—ensuring uptime, patching, backups, and compliance.
Collaborative Culture: Partner with IT, DevOps, and business teams to deliver responsive support and drive automation.
Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls with a focus on least privilege
Monitor system performance, availability, and security across desktops, servers, and networks
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to resolve tickets within SLA boundaries
Implement patching strategies using WSUS (or equivalent tools) to keep systems current
Maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity
Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams on scripting and automation initiatives
Document configurations, changes, and incidents to support compliance and auditability
3+ years of experience in system or network administration (Windows-focused)
Strong proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting
Experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V or VMware ESXi)
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
Knowledge of security best practices for patching, hardening, and endpoint management
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Experience with Cisco routing, switching, and firewall administration
Familiarity with Slack automation or event-driven notification systems
Spanish fluency (preferred but not required)
