The Job

• Assist with managing Microsoft Exchange Email and associated Spam Filtering services
• Troubleshoot communications issues across network resources
• Manage DNS, DHCP and VPN environments 
• Maintain network User administration, file storage and security
• Provide 2^nd level technical support to internal QPS employees and 1^st level when needed

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Computer/Information Science or Information System Management, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 3 years overall experience in the IT field including
  1. Experience working in a production corporate IT environment performing network administration/technical duties
  2. Strong knowledge of Active Directory/group policy
  3. Advanced knowledge of event log troubleshooting
  4. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Exchange or equivalent email platform
• Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, general network protocols and topologies
