About the Role:
The Network Administrator, reporting to the Head Office in Melbourne Australia, will be instrumental in ensuring the IT operations and infrastructure adhere to current best practices through proving Level 1 and Level 2 IT support.
This role involves taking full responsibility for infrastructure maintenance, managing IT upgrades, and providing support to USA based colleagues as a key aspect of the position.
The office is based in the heart of Manhattan the Network Administrator will be a casual support who can be available on call (for on average 1 day per week) both on site and remotely, you will be compensated on an hourly basis for your efforts.
This role would be suitable for an independent contractor who services multiple clients or someone who operates as an individual MSP.

You may be running your own IT support business or studying for your further qualification. You are a proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable operator who is across ever evolving technologies. You possess strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure smooth system operations and quick resolution of technical issues with a patient and customer orientated disposition.
