Key Responsibilities
· Provide daily technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues.
· Maintain and troubleshoot systems running Windows 11, MacOS, iOS and other operating systems.
· Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
· Administer and maintain VoIP and Unified Communications.
· Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
· Work closely with vendors and service providers for IT-related needs.
· Monitor system performance and ensure network security and efficiency.
Qualifications
· Proven experience with Windows 11, MacOS, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint administration.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and Outlook integration.
· Competency in supporting iOS devices (iPhones, iPads) and MacOS workstations.
· Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
· Experience with mobile device support and management tools (iOS, Android).
· Optional but advantageous: experience with security appliances and endpoint protection.
