 Job Summary

Are you a seasoned IT professional driven by excellence and a passion for robust network infrastructure? ICHS Community Health Services is seeking a highly accountable and self-driven Senior Network Administrator to design, implement, and manage our enterprise network. In this pivotal role, you will dedicate approximately 80% of your time to optimizing network performance, security, and availability, and 20% to critical network engineering initiatives such as capacity planning, architecture enhancements, and automation projects.

We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to adapt to evolving technologies. Beyond core network administration, you'll leverage your hands-on system administration experience to provide crucial backup support for server, virtualization, and endpoint-management tasks. If you're ready to lead network upgrade projects with minimal downtime, mentor junior IT staff, and collaborate with leadership to align network infrastructure with business needs, we encourage you to apply. Education - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience - Five years of hands-on experience supporting networks and users in an enterprise production environment.
Other Requirement(s) - Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP (or equivalent) strongly preferred; proficiency with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet) and monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG); working knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization and storage technologies.  Ability to travel between ICHS sites as needed.  Active driver's license and proof of insurance is required.
