Sr. System Administrator - 12057

We are seeking a Senior System Administrator with strong, hands\-on experience in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) implementation<\/b>, VMware Aria (vRealize)<\/b>, and Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure<\/b>.
<\/p>

This is a highly technical, onsite infrastructure engineering role supporting a large\-scale, modern virtualized environment. The ideal candidate will be strong in VMware, hyperconverged systems, Windows Server, and hybrid\-cloud integrations.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h2>

• Lead implementation, configuration, and administration of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)<\/b>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Manage and optimize VMware Aria \/ vRealize Suite<\/b> (Automation, Operations, Log Insight, etc.)
  <\/p><\/li>

• Administer and support Nutanix AHV<\/b>, Prism, and hyperconverged platforms
  <\/p><\/li>

• Manage VMware vSphere\/vCenter<\/b> operations and lifecycle management
  <\/p><\/li>

• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2008–2025)<\/b>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Support hybrid identity and infrastructure integrations across cloud\/on\-prem environments
  <\/p><\/li>

• Perform virtualization migrations, cluster upgrades, and infrastructure modernization projects
  <\/p><\/li>

• Implement system security, compliance controls, and best practices
  <\/p><\/li>

• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve VCF\/Aria\/Nutanix issues
  <\/p><\/li>

• Collaborate with network, cloud, and application teams on architecture and performance planning
  <\/p><\/li>

• Travel occasionally to additional sites for on\-prem support (3–5 trips expected)

  Required Qualifications<\/b>
  <\/h2>

  • Hands\-on VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) implementation experience<\/b>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong VMware Aria (vRealize)<\/b> background (Automation, Operations, Log Insight)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Nutanix AHV \/ Prism<\/b> administration experience
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Deep experience with VMware vSphere\/vCenter<\/b> in enterprise environments
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong Windows Server (2008–2025)<\/b> administration
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Solid knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP<\/b>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals<\/b> (VLANs, routing, firewall basics)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Experience supporting large\-scale or multi\-site infrastructure environments
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Advanced troubleshooting capabilities across virtualization and hyperconverged stacks
    <\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

    Preferred Qualifications<\/b>

    • Azure administration experience
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Azure AD\/Entra ID or hybrid identity exposure
      <\/p><\/li>

    • VMware certifications: VCP<\/b>, VCF Specialist<\/b>, Aria Specialist<\/b>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Nutanix certifications: NCP<\/b>, NCM<\/b>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Experience working in fast\-paced, distributed, or plant\/site environments
