System Administrator

Description

Genoa Employment Solutions is seeking a System Administrator. Position will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and security of company computer systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking, server technology, monitoring, patching, and security. Candidates need to have strong communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and be able to remain calm in stressful situations.

Responsibilites:

• Design, build and manage Windows Servers Solutions
• Effectively monitor, secure and remediate security vulnerabilities
• Automate repetitive tasks such as Windows updates and virus management
• Manage highly available server environment with limited room for downtime
• Manage various server roles such as clustering, Hyper-V, file services, IIS, RDS and other Windows components
• Mentor other members of the team
• Develop and update technical documentation
