Systems Administrator Positions
The System Administrator's main objective will be to provide first-level contact and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This will include troubleshooting and providing support to telephone, personal computers, software, tablets, cell phones, servers and networking equipment. This position will utilize help desk software to track and respond to support tickets. 
 
$40k-$75k per year.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges
  • Provide first- level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
  • Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
  • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
  • Walk customers through problem solving process
  • Follow up with internal customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of service desk tickets
  • Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of technical support procedures, products, and services
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing and validation of implemented solutions
  • Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, and reliable service to internal stakeholders
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Install and configure new workstations and software
  • Configure and troubleshoot Android mobile devices
  • Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols
  • Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Experience administering Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Office 365
  • Understanding of network security and documenting the configuration of the system to develop\maintain technology policies, procedures, and standards
  • Management and troubleshooting of remote office connectivity
  • Management of wireless network
  • Management of Windows server environment
