Felician University is presently seeking an experienced Information Technology professional to serve as a Help Desk Technician from the beginning of September 2025 through December 2025.
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Information Technology, the Help Desk Technician provides 1st line technical support to faculty, staff, and students in the resolution of hardware and software problems through assistance via phone, email or onsite.

Required Education:
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
