Physicians' Practice Enhancement, LLC is seeking a motivated and client-focused Tier One Help Desk Technician to join our IT team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining high levels of user satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for technical support, resolving hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 12:00pm to 6:00pm. 100% on-site in Red Bank, New Jersey.
