Physicians' Practice Enhancement, LLC is seeking a motivated and client-focused Tier One Help Desk Technician to join our IT team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining high levels of user satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for technical support, resolving hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary.  This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 12:00pm to 6:00pm.   100% on-site in Red Bank, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware issues (workstations, printers, peripherals).
  • Assist users with software applications and reset passwords.
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets, escalating when needed.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
  • Support onboarding by setting up workstations and accounts.
  • Perform remote desktop support and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware/software and ensure user satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and MFA.
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Preferred: CompTIA A+ or similar certifications.
