• 3 years Must possess strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical personnel
• Needs moderate knowledge and demonstrable skills with Intel/AMD-based computing equipment, LAN-attached printing/scanning devices, Windows OS
• Needs moderate knowledge and demonstrable skills with Microsoft Office, and O365
• Require experience in PC swap outs
• Strong organizational skills required
• Windows XP, Windows 7
• PC Refresh experience
