SUMMARY:
Primary responsibilities include providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware using organization’s ticketing systems and other communication tools. This individual will be responsible for technical and end user documentation. Timely communications with both customer and IT management are key. Candidates must display initiative and have a positive attitude as well as demonstrate the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Associate’s degree in computer science or related field or one year equivalent work experience supporting end users.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Communicates effectively in both verbal and written forms with end-users and team members.
REASONING ABILITY:
Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time and to work extensively with computers. Additionally, the employee may be required to walk for extended periods of times between locations and within the building – up to 2 to 3 miles per day. The employee will be required to frequently lift 20-30 pounds and may be required to lift 50+ pounds. The employee must be able to communicate effectively. The employee needs to have reasonable mobility.
