Desktop Support Specialist (EUC)

Job Description

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist (EUC) to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated experience in desktop support, ideally within EUC environments.
• Solid technical expertise in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and EUC management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working independently and handling urgent requests effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing technical support for end-user computing environments.
• Managing and maintaining desktop systems, including OS updates, software installations, and system performance optimization.
• Assisting with user account management, remote desktop access, and EUC-related tasks.
• Ensuring seamless IT operations and user satisfaction.
